Energy and Modern Methods
Generation, storage, charging and off-site construction. A deliberately selective division. The global module market is in a price war in which the largest manufacturers are reporting losses, and a twenty-five year warranty from a company with negative equity is worth nothing. We trade bankable, listed and traceable product only.

02Source geography
Where it is made.
Modules and inverters from the tier one manufacturers only, with bankability assessed before price. Charging equipment from the Shenzhen and Changzhou power electronics base.
Volumetric and flatpack modular from the Guangdong and Shandong fabricators, including the container-derived manufacturers with delivered projects in Western markets. Plant from the Changsha, Xuzhou and Liuzhou majors.
Where emissions or grid certification requirements make another origin necessary, we source accordingly rather than quote product that cannot be commissioned.
03What we check
Six checks. Two of them determine whether the goods can enter the country at all.
This division carries the highest per-dollar compliance burden in our book, which is why it is deliberately small and deliberately selective.
- Bankability before price. We trade only product on the BNEF Tier 1 list and the PVEL Product Qualification Program Top Performer listing, and only back to back against a confirmed order. Counterparty solvency in this sector is a live risk, not a theoretical one.
- Traceability for United States-bound modules. A complete polysilicon-to-module traceability pack is mandatory under the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act. Without it the container is detained, and most detained shipments are re-exported or abandoned rather than successfully released.
- Charging protocol certification, not a claim. OCPP 1.6 or 2.0.1 compliance is the buyer's first question, and many low-cost chargers claim it without certification. We verify against the certification register.
- Panel core in accommodation. Expanded polystyrene core is excluded from anything occupied. Rockwool or polyisocyanurate only. Gulf clients now routinely require rockwool and Civil Defence approval, and the regulatory direction is one way.
- Loading ratio drives the economics of modular. A folding unit achieves four to eight per 40-foot high cube against one for a rigid detachable unit. We plan the package around the loading, not around the unit price.
- Engine emissions on plant. EU Stage V and EPA Tier 4 are hard barriers into Europe and North America. We verify the engine, not the machine.

05Commercial parameters
- Solar
- Back to back against a confirmed order only. We do not hold module inventory.
- Modular
- Project-quoted. Folding and flatpack units are priced around container loading, which is where the economics sit.
- Lead time
- Modules 20 to 40 days subject to allocation. Volumetric modular 12 to 24 weeks including approvals.
- Plant
- Quoted against the destination emissions standard, verified at engine level before the quotation is issued.
